Entrepreneurial Training

Certified Entrepreneurial Trainer - for individuals who want to independently market and deliver Spectrum Development workshops, and/or perform as an independent contractor with Spectrum Temperament Development, Inc.

Phase I: Application to Program

Participation in the Spectrum Development Entrepreneurial Training Program is determined through an application and screening process. The following steps must be completed:

1.  Complete an Entrepreneurial Training Program application,

2.  Submit application and resume to the National Training Director, and

3.  Participate in an interview with the National Training Director.

Phase II: Foundation Training (training schedule)

Complete a 3-day Spectrum Development Foundation Training. This training is a prerequisite for all other Spectrum Development certification training modules. Using experiential activities, discussions and lecture, participants gain a conceptual and practical understanding of the Spectrum Temperament Development Model. Additionally, participants are taught effective facilitation skills for conducting Awareness workshops and Personal Development workshops.

The Awareness workshop focuses on:

  • Gaining an appreciation for self and others; and

  • Building self-confidence, dignity, respect, and worthiness in self and others.

The  Personal Development workshop focuses on:

  • Identifying the current development of your Full Color Spectrum;

  • Acknowledging your untapped potential within your Full Color Spectrum; and

  • Developing your personal Full Color Spectrum.

Phase III: Specialized Training (training schedule)

Upon receiving a recommendation from the Certification Trainer, participants can proceed to the two-day specialized training which focuses on:

Phase IV: Personalized Support Plan

At the conclusion of the two-day specialized training, the participant and the National Training Director will assess and determine an applicable personalized support plan to ensure knowledge and skill competency. The plan must be successfully completed in order for the participant to be recognized as a certified Entrepreneurial Training.

Phase V: Entrepreneurial Trainer Agreement

After successfully completing the Entrepreneurial Training Program, each participant is provided an Entrepreneurial Trainer Agreement. This Agreement acknowledges him/her as a certified Entrepreneurial Trainer who is authorized to market and deliver Awareness and Personal Development workshops in conjunction with and/or on behalf of Spectrum Temperament Development, Inc. Certified trainers are required to purchase and utilize age appropriate materials for each participant attending their workshops. Materials are not to be shared or reused.
